How It Works
A source-aware workflow for talent, crew and production teams.
For Talent & Crew
1. Create an adult account and profile
Add accurate role, location, experience and portfolio information. You control whether your eligible profile is public. Registration is currently limited to people aged 18 and above.
2. Browse and check the trust label
Use the available department, keyword and location tools. On each job page, check whether the role is employer-direct, AIO-managed, an authorised external opportunity or a community lead that AIO has not independently verified.
3. Apply through the route shown
Employer-direct roles may use AIO's application flow. External opportunities open the original source in a new tab. Reconfirm dates, pay and identity before sharing personal information, and never pay to audition or apply.
4. Keep your information current
Update your profile and contact details when they change. A profile is not automatically verified, and a visibility upgrade is not an identity or work-history endorsement.
Core profile access, browsing and applications are free during early access. Optional paid plans improve profile discovery only.
For Production Houses & Studios
1. Create the responsible account and company profile
Use accurate company and contact information. A company profile is not verified merely because it has been created or because a plan was purchased.
2. Submit a complete crew call
Provide the role, location, dates, compensation when available, requirements and an authorised contact. New employer submissions enter AIO's review queue before they can be published.
3. Respond through the supported workflow
For roles that accept internal applications, use the employer dashboard to review submissions. Other listings may use a clearly identified external application route.
4. Keep the listing accurate
Close or update a role when dates, pay, requirements or availability change. AIO may pause a listing while evidence is reviewed or if a safety concern is reported.
Employer onboarding and posting are currently available without package checkout during early access.
