Netflix India is hiring a Compensation Manager based in Mumbai to lead pay programs across the India business.
About the Role
Netflix is looking for a Compensation Manager for its India business, based in Mumbai. You will partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to design, implement and review compensation programs that attract and retain top talent across Netflix's content, product and corporate teams in India.
What you'll do
- Lead salary benchmarking and pay equity reviews for India
- Design and refine variable pay and equity programs
- Partner with Talent and Finance on annual compensation cycles
- Provide compensation guidance for new hire offers and promotions
Requirements
- Significant compensation experience, ideally at a global company
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Sheets, comp modelling)
- Experience with India market data sources (Aon, Mercer, Radford)
