Verification standards
What AIO verification badges mean
Verification is evidence-based, time-limited and revocable. It cannot be purchased. A company badge never guarantees that every listing, project or outcome is genuine; each public job must pass its own current review.
Phone checked
AIO recorded a successful phone-control check. This does not prove company ownership or guarantee a job.
Identity/business checked
AIO privately reviewed an identity or business-basis evidence reference. No document number is published.
Company domain checked
AIO recorded evidence connecting the employer to the displayed company domain. This is not an endorsement.
Production credit checked
AIO reviewed a production credit or professional reference. It does not prove a hiring outcome.
Active verified employer
All required employer checks are current and direct-job publishing is enabled. Each job still requires its own verification.
How badges are controlled
- Evidence references, reviewer identity, verification method and expiry are stored privately and auditable.
- The active-employer badge requires every mandatory check and a current unexpired approval.
- Expired or revoked evidence removes publishing privileges and public badges automatically.
- Sponsored or Featured means paid/promoted placement only; it never means verified.
