03. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items and services are non-refundable:

• Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
• Custom profile creation or CV enhancement services that have been completed
• Job applications or applications submitted through our platform
• Promotional or discounted packages (unless specifically stated otherwise)
• Services used for more than 25% of the subscription period
• Subscription renewals or recurring charges already processed

In cases where service was significantly disrupted due to platform maintenance or technical failures beyond your control, AIO Cine Productions may authorize refunds outside the standard 14-day window. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

07. PAYMENT METHOD CONSIDERATIONS

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your original payment method is no longer valid or active, the refund may be delayed. In such cases, you will be contacted to provide an alternative payment method.

For digital wallet payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), refunds are processed through the respective payment processor.

08. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
