- Service: Job posting, candidate matching, messaging, and entertainment industry recruitment services
3. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
3.1 Registration Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years of age (or with parental consent for minors)
- Registration requires accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to their account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that:

- Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Is used for illegal or unethical purposes

5.1 Producer/Client Responsibilities
Producers and Clients agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities and casting calls
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with all labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations
- Not post misleading or fraudulent opportunities
- Maintain professional conduct with candidates
- Not engage in harassment or exploitation
5.2 Job Posting Accuracy
- Producers are responsible for all information in their job postings
- AIO Cine Productions does not verify the legitimacy of jobs or verify employer credentials
- We are not responsible for disputes between Producers and applicants
5.3 Application and Matching
- AIO Cine Productions facilitates connections between Producers and Film Professionals
- We are not a party to employment agreements or contracts between Users
- Users are responsible for negotiating terms, compensation, and conditions directly
- We provide no guarantee of employment or job placement
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 Platform Content
- All original content on the Platform (design, layout, functionality) is owned by AIO Cine Productions
- Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform
- No part of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission
6.2 User Submissions
- AIO Cine Productions may use User-submitted content for platform improvement and marketing (unless opted out)
- Users retain ownership of their content
- By submitting content, Users grant us rights to display and distribute it on the Platform
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
7.3 Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIO Cine Productions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of data or reputation
- Breach of confidentiality or privacy
- Any damages exceeding the total fees paid to us
