This is how Indian film production runs. Has run for decades.
AIO Cine Productions exists because we believe the industry deserves better infrastructure. Not because WhatsApp is broken — but because the best crew members shouldn't have to depend on who they happen to know. And the best production houses shouldn't have to gamble on unverified word-of-mouth when a production budget is on the line.

AIO Cine Productions is India's dedicated film crew and talent marketplace.
Think of it as the place where a line producer in Chennai can find a verified boom operator who's free for three weeks starting March 15th. Where a first-time DOP can post her reel and be discovered by a documentary production company in Pune. Where an assistant director with 12 Hindi film credits can be found by a Telugu production house looking for someone who understands both industries.
We serve every department. Camera. Lighting. Sound. Art. Costume. Hair and Makeup. Post-production. VFX. Music. Stunts. Direction. Production. And yes — acting talent too, though we're honest about where the platform is most useful: the below-the-line crew who make the magic happen but rarely get the search results.
We take this industry seriously.
We are not a tech startup that decided film was an interesting vertical.
We are platform builders who have spent time in the industry, learning from the people who actually work sets — the 5am call sheets, the locations that flood, the equipment vans that break down, the impossibly tight schedules that somehow, miraculously, deliver.
That experience shapes everything about this platform:
- We use DAY RATES, not annual salaries, because that's how this industry works.
- We build for Hyderabad and Chennai and Kochi and Pune — not just Mumbai.
- We require production companies to verify their credentials before posting.
- We have an Anti-Harassment Policy with real mechanisms, because our industry has a problem we're choosing to name directly.
- We are building this for the long term — not for a funding round.
