Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AIO Cine Productions platform. By registering an account, posting a job, applying for a role, or otherwise accessing this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

1. About AIO Cine Productions

AIO Cine Productions operates an online marketplace and talent directory connecting film and media production companies ("Production Houses") with crew members, creative professionals, and freelancers ("Talent") working across Indian cinema — including Bollywood, Tollywood, Kollywood, Sandalwood, Mollywood, and allied industries.

The platform enables Production Houses to post job opportunities and project requirements, and enables Talent to create professional profiles, discover opportunities, and be discovered by productions. AIO Cine Productions is a technology intermediary that facilitates these connections. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, employer, or party to any engagement between a Production House and a Talent member.

1.1 Intermediary Status

AIO Cine Productions operates as an intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"). In accordance with Section 79 of the IT Act and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules 2021"), AIO Cine Productions is not liable for third-party information, content, data, or communications made available through the platform, provided that:

• The platform does not initiate, select the receiver of, or modify such information;
• The platform exercises due diligence as required under the IT Rules 2021; and
• Upon receiving actual knowledge or a government order about unlawful content, the platform acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to it.

This safe harbor does not exempt users from their own legal obligations. Users are solely responsible for the content they post and the agreements they enter into.

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law;
• Not be barred from using the platform under any applicable law or by a prior suspension or ban issued by AIO Cine Productions; and
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain that information.

If you are registering on behalf of a company, production house, studio, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Types

The platform offers two primary account types:

• Talent Account — for individual crew members, technicians, artists, directors, writers, and other film professionals seeking work;
• Production House Account — for production companies, studios, and filmmakers seeking to hire crew or post projects.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information in your profile, job postings, applications, and all other content. Misrepresentation of credits, skills, experience, company identity, or financial capacity is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at contact@aiocine.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. AIO Cine Productions is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 Verified Production House Badge

Production Houses may apply for a Verified badge, which requires submission of valid GST registration, PAN, and at least one verifiable film credit. Verification is at AIO Cine Productions's sole discretion. A Verified badge indicates that the company's documents were reviewed at the time of verification — it does not constitute an endorsement of the company's financial standing, reputation, or hiring intentions.

4. Platform Rules — What You May and May Not Do

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the platform to:

• Create and maintain a professional profile;
• Post legitimate job opportunities or project requirements;
• Search for and apply to posted opportunities;
• Communicate with other users through available platform tools;
• Build and maintain a professional portfolio of work.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles;
• Collect fees or deposits from Talent in exchange for job placement or introductions (this constitutes fraud);
• Use the platform to solicit personal financial information from other users;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect user data using bots, scripts, or automated tools;
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence;
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any other user (see also our Anti-Harassment Policy);
• Impersonate any person, company, or organisation;
• Post job listings that are discriminatory on grounds of gender, caste, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics, except where a characteristic is a genuine occupational requirement (e.g., a role specifically written for a female actor);
• Upload or share content that infringes any intellectual property right;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account;
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform ("Your Content"), including profile text, portfolio files, headshots, showreels, and job postings.

5.2 License to AIO Cine Productions

By posting Your Content on the platform, you grant AIO Cine Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to reasonable backup and archival periods.

5.3 Content Standards

Your Content must not violate any law or these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you post. AIO Cine Productions does not review all content before it is published but reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content at any time.

5.4 Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to contact@aiocine.com with: (a) identification of the infringed work; (b) identification of the infringing content and its location; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement of good faith belief; and (e) a declaration that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

6. Content Moderation

6.1 AIO Cine Productions's Rights

AIO Cine Productions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove, edit, or disable any content that violates these Terms or applicable law;
• Suspend or permanently terminate any account for violations;
• Investigate complaints and take appropriate action;
• Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities;
• Disclose user information where required by law or court order.

6.2 Grievance Officer

In accordance with Rule 4(2) of the IT Rules 2021, AIO Cine Productions has designated a Grievance Officer. Users may submit complaints about content or conduct to:

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt, as required under the IT Rules 2021.

6.3 Appeals

If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you may appeal the decision by writing to the Grievance Officer within 14 days of the action. We will review appeals and communicate our decision within 15 days.

7. Marketplace Relationship — Not Employer

AIO Cine Productions is a marketplace, not an employer, labour contractor, staffing agency, or party to any engagement.

All hiring decisions, contractual terms, compensation arrangements, and working conditions are determined solely between Production Houses and Talent. AIO Cine Productions:

• Does not employ, engage, or deploy Talent;
• Does not guarantee that any job posting will result in a hire;
• Does not guarantee that any Talent profile will result in work;
• Is not responsible for the conduct of Production Houses or Talent after a connection is made;
• Does not verify the accuracy of production credits, skills, or qualifications listed by users beyond what is specified in our verification process;
• Is not party to, and bears no liability under, any contract entered into between a Production House and a Talent member.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence — including verifying identity, credentials, legal compliance, and financial capacity — before entering into any engagement.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Current Free Access

As of the effective date of these Terms, the core features of AIO Cine Productions are available free of charge. No payment is required to create a profile, post a job, or search for opportunities.

8.2 Future Paid Plans

AIO Cine Productions intends to introduce optional paid subscription tiers ("Pro Plans") that unlock enhanced features for both Production Houses and Talent. When paid plans are introduced:

• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any free feature becomes paywalled;
• Subscription fees will be clearly displayed before purchase;
• All payments will be processed through licensed payment gateways compliant with RBI guidelines;
• GST will be applicable on all subscription fees as per Indian tax law;
• Subscription terms, refund policies, and cancellation procedures will be published in a separate Billing Policy at that time.

8.3 No Fee Charging by Users

Production Houses and Talent are strictly prohibited from collecting any fee, deposit, or commission from other users in connection with introductions, referrals, or job placements facilitated through this platform. Any such conduct constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property of AIO Cine Productions

All intellectual property on the platform — including the AIO Cine Productions name, logo, design, software, databases, and all original content created by us — is owned by or licensed to AIO Cine Productions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our express prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. AIO Cine Productions does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

AIO Cine Productions provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

12.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in employment, hiring, or any particular outcome. Film industry hiring decisions are complex and subject to factors entirely outside our control.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIO Cine Productions, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities;
• Losses arising from your reliance on content posted by other users;
• Losses arising from transactions or engagements entered into with other users;
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or data loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the six months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIO Cine Productions and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Good Faith Resolution

If you have a dispute with AIO Cine Productions, please contact us at contact@aiocine.com first. We will make a genuine effort to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

14.2 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, in the English language, in India.

14.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to litigation. Users consent to the personal jurisdiction of Indian courts.

15. Termination

AIO Cine Productions may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or behaved in a manner harmful to other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations, and clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including clauses 5, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14) will continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and display a notice on the platform. The updated Terms take effect 14 days after notification (or immediately for changes required by law). Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, close your account before the effective date.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Anti-Harassment Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIO Cine Productions regarding the platform.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining Terms remain in full force.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In case of any translation, the English version prevails.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
