Step 1 — Create Your Profile (Free)
Tell the platform who you are and what you do. Your department. Your specific roles (we have 130+ film-specific roles — from 1st AC to boom operator to production designer to junior artist coordinator). Your equipment. Your day rate in INR. Your city. Your availability.
Add your showreel link from YouTube or Vimeo. Link your IMDB page. Add a portfolio URL if you have one.
It takes 15 minutes. Your profile is searchable immediately — by every production house that registers on this platform, across India.
Step 2 — Browse Crew Calls
See verified postings from production houses, studios, and ad film companies. Every posting lists the department, role, shoot dates, location, and day rate range.
Filter by your department. Filter by city. Filter by shoot dates that match your availability. Apply directly or express interest in one click.

Step 3 — Get Contacted
Production companies searching the talent directory will find your profile. They reach out through the platform's messaging system.

Find verified crew. Fast.
Step 1 — Register Your Company (Free)
Add your production house name, registration credentials, and past projects. We verify that you're a legitimate production entity before you can post or contact talent.
This verification is what makes the platform safe for crew — and what makes the crew database worth searching for you. Fake companies cannot post crew calls. Anonymous accounts cannot contact talent. You know exactly who everyone is.
Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours. All features are free during early access.
Step 2 — Post a Crew Call
Specify department, role, shoot dates, location, day rate, and any specific requirements. Add your production title if the project is public, or keep it confidential if needed.
It takes 5 minutes. The posting goes live immediately. If it's a last-minute requirement, flag it as urgent — it gets highlighted to crew who are actively looking in your city for your dates.

Step 3 — Browse the Talent Directory

Search the talent directory by department, city, availability window, equipment owned, and day rate range. View showreels and IMDB credits before you pick up the phone. If their reel isn't right for your project, you know before the conversation starts.

Step 4 — Connect and Manage
