Job Description
Talent manager to build and manage roster of South Indian actors.
Growing talent management company seeks a Talent Manager to build and manage a roster of emerging actors in Tamil and Telugu cinema.
Responsibilities:
- Scout and sign 10-15 emerging actors
- Manage audition schedules and casting submissions
- Negotiate contracts and day rates
- Build relationships with casting directors and producers
- Manage social media presence for talent
Requirements:
- 3+ years in talent management or casting
- Strong network in Tamil and/or Telugu film industry
- Negotiation and people management skills
- Based in Chennai or Hyderabad
